Laguz, water, is the indicator of tides and a deep signifier of our own energetic states, of our awareness of Flow and sacred order.

Laguz is the rune of Flow, and perhaps to some degree, our capability of reading where we are within it. Many of the modern attributes we ascribe to water weren’t true in the rune poems–the attribution of femininity, emotionality, and that all forms of water mean the same thing. Rather, water is presented in all of its life-giving and treacherous aspects, which come with as many assurances as they do risks. The indicator of tides, water is also a deep signifier of our own energetic states. The implication is Flow indicates sacred order, and regardless of tide, we are in it.
