My weekly gratitude post, in the Celebrate the Small Things [ongoing] Blog Hop.
I’m grateful for a laid back solo parenting weekend.
I’m grateful for the safe return of Rob.
I’m thankful for starting another cool art project.
I’m happy for insight into the cause of longterm pain, and hoping for wonderful solutions.
I’m grateful for Tribe.
What are you grateful for this week? How will you show thanks? Who is grateful for you? I am!

I’ve been doing art projects too, and I enjoy them so much! I can see a finished project in hours/days rather than the year it takes to write a novel. I’m glad you’re enjoying yours and I hope you find a solution for the pain.
You’re right about art being such a different feel. It goes more quickly, don’t suck me into a black whole until it’s done, and the end results are pretty much what they are. No judge no jury. I do observe, though, that I can’t do art on my commute, or away from home the way that I can compose. There’s that.
Best to you, Lexa!
Kelley, insight to long term pain I hope is a good thing, and a solution is at hand! Have a nice weekend.
