Body is place.
Body is landscape.
Body has seasons and watersheds. Weather patterns and fault lines. Old growth and places stripped bare. Body knows drought, abundance, erosion, renewal, and the slow return of life after devastation.
Body remembers.
Body remembers belonging and exile, nourishment and depletion, safety and threat. Body carries the imprint of every shaping relationship, every threshold crossed, every season survived.
Bones are bedrock.
Blood is watershed.
Breath is weather.
Nervous system is ecosystem, continually responding to the conditions.
When we begin relating to body as place, healing shifts from fixing ourselves to tending relationship.
The question is no longer, “What is wrong with me?”
The question becomes, “What does this place need?”
That reframe is where soul tending begins.
Relationship is the original medicine. Soul Tending sessions are where we practice it. Together, we listen to body, dreams, ancestors, land, and soul until relationship begins to restore itself.
